Your Responsibilities:

• 🔧 Technical Support:
  Provide expert technical assistance to Irish Gaelic-speaking users via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• 📝 Troubleshooting:
  Identify, analyse, and resolve technical problems. Guide users through solutions and ensure effective resolution.
• 📈 User Experience Optimization:
  Offer feedback and suggestions to improve user experience.
• 📚 Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions. Document feedback and collaborate with development teams for improvements.
• 🤝 Customer Interaction:
  Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with users.

What We’re Looking For:

• 🇮🇪 Irish Gaelic Fluency:
  Native or fluent in Irish Gaelic with strong communication skills.
• 💬 English Proficiency:
